The Grand Isle (Barataria) Station House was built in 1919 (at 1st site)
This Gulf Station House was designed by Victor Mindeleff
Station closed in 1968 at this site and moved to a new location. Station house survives and is the Grand Isle Town Hall.
Station house was acquired by the Town of Grand Isle in 1971.
