The Great Egg Station House (Longport, NJ) was built in 1939 (at 2nd site)
This Roosevelt Station House was designed by U.S. Coast Guard (P.H.P. & D.K.R)
Station closed in 1947 and was abandoned in 1948. Station house survives and is a museum and headquarters for the Longport Historical Society and Museum.
