The Great Wass Island Lookout Station was built in 1904
This Lookout Station Lookout Station was designed by Victor Mindeleff
Station closed in 1946 and replaced by Moose Peak Station. Station house torn down in 1960s and a new building was built on its foundation. Boathouse and Lookout Station survive.
