This building was Moved

Station closed in 1968 and turned over to GSA in 1969. Boathouse survives but was moved off site and is the Lewes Life-Saving Station Boathouse, a museum exhibit.

Boathouse was donated to the Lewes Historical Society in 1979 by the Pilots' Association for the Bay and River Delaware which owns the 1938 Lewes Coast Guard Station.
