Station still active. 1934 station house survives. 1879 station house does not survive.

1878 work to start spring 1879; 1879 completed; 1910 extensive repairs and improvements (USLSS Annual Reports). The first life?saving station in Kenosha was built in 1879; a new station was built in 1934 to replace the outdated original buildings from 1879 (USCG Historian's Website).
