The North Manitou Island Station House was built in 1887
This One-of-a-Kind? Station House was designed by Albert B. Bibb
Station closed in 1933 and abandoned in 1938. Station house survives and is a ranger station and ranger housing for Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
