The Buffalo Station Site site was established in 1877
Station still active. 1877 and 1903 station houses do not survive, but 19?? station house survives.
Station Site Notes:
1874 site secured, plans and specs being prepared; 1877 completed and put into operation; 1888 less extensive repairs made; 1901 launchway being built in the connection of a new station; 1903 old station rendered disadvantaged by harbor improvements (USLSS Annual Reports).
